What is Included?
Our Permitting services help home owners or contractors obtain building permits for their projects.
How Does It Work?
Many smaller projects require simple permits with limited design – for example, perhaps you wish to make a window larger, or take out a section of a loadbearing wall. These permit drawings do not require much consultation regarding design, but still require a set of drawings.
We also produce permit drawings for decks and finishing basements.
Often, we offer this service directly to contractors.

Next we will schedule a meeting to discuss your project, tour your existing space, and review the scope of services we offer. There is no fee for this meeting; we believe it’s important to introduce ourselves to you. Following this meeting, we will prepare a proposal outlining our scope of services and estimated costs.
