Interior Design is a collaborative process between designer and homeowner. As the designer, we will be here to guide you through the process from initial plan to implementation. We will get to know you and understand how you use your home and what you would like to change. Your home needs to work for you now and in the future. When completed, your interior spaces will be beautiful, functional, and inspiring!
INTERIOR DESIGN
What is Included?
Our Interior Design services involve designing and selecting all permanent materials in your space. We can design your cabinetry and millwork, help you select and specify tile, flooring and plumbing fixtures, and produce detail 3D drawings for visual aid and contractor quoting.
Interior Design is present throughout all of the initial phases of our work together. Relationships of spaces, discussions about how you use your space, developing an aesthetic – all of this is present when designing any project.
How Does It Work?
Your project will start with an initial meeting; we will get to know each other and learn about your wants and needs.
From here, we will start design development; this phase involves us producing detail drawings to clearly communicate our design intent. Drawings such as shower details, cabinetry details, flooring installation plans, lighting and electrical plans, and stair
detail drawings, to name a few.
Once the concepts are finalized we can start selecting material finishes. Depending on the client, we often recommend a few meetings together at showrooms to view products, and after those meetings, we can coordinate samples and bring them to you for approval.
Throughout the implementation stage we will coordinate with contractors to ensure every detail is accounted for and that you will have a beautiful and functional space in the end.
What Are The Next Steps?

Next we will schedule a sales meeting to discuss your project, tour your existing space, and review the scope of services we offer. There is no fee for this meeting; we believe it’s important to introduce ourselves to you. Following this meeting, we will prepare a proposal outlining our scope of services and estimated costs.
