Next, we will schedule either a virtual introduction call or a meeting at your home. We will explain our services, how we can help, and review what you hope to achieve. There is no cost for this meeting. Then, we can prepare a proposal for our services walking you through our proposed scope of work and budget for design time.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior Design is a collaborative process between designer and homeowner. As the designer, we will be here to guide you through the process from initial plan to implementation. We will get to know you and understand how you use your home and what you would like to change. Your home needs to work for you now and in the future. When completed, your interior spaces will be beautiful, functional, and inspiring!
PERMITTING
Too often we hear of people who complete renovation projects without a permit or argue that a permit is unnecessary. There are many reasons why permits are important. Contact us today and we’ll take care of everything on your behalf.
NEW HOME DESIGN
Thinking of building a new custom home? Working with elle3 will ensure that your home is well designed and thought-out in every detail. We will provide you with a range of professional services all in one: interior design, decorating, project coordination, and structural knowledge, in one package.
ADDITIONS & RENOVATIONS
We will help you determine how to use your existing spaces efficiently both now and in the future as your family evolves. This may involve an addition, or perhaps a reconfiguration of your existing home. Let us help you think of all of the possibilities of your renovation design, and guide you toward the right solution for your family.
PROJECT COORDINATION
We can assist you through your entire renovation design process by being your renovation project coordinator. We will be on site to check the quality and answer questions, we will communicate with the contractors and trades, and we will ensure that the design intent is being upheld.
DESIGNING OUTDOOR & ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
We can help you design your dream outdoor space. From a gazebo or outdoor relaxing and entertaining spaces, to functional spaces like a new garage or shed. We will design and coordinate the entire project so all you have to do is dream it and enjoy.
